Muskoka Za'atar Mediterranean Spice

Za'atar is a staple Middle Eastern spice blend that is so versatile! It can be used on meats, veggies, rice, and breads. Wild Muskoka Staghorn Sumac (Rhus typhina) berries are the base of this spice with organically grown thyme, oregano, parsley from our garden and blended with ground rich sesame.

Ingredients: wildcrafted staghorn sumac berries, organic thyme, organic oregano, organic parsley, organic sesame seeds, sea salt.

Muskoka Za'atar comes in a 2 oz glass spice jar. Kept in a cool, dry place it will keep for a year.
